The purpose of this policy is to inform you that Nanoflix (nanoflix.se) processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – in effect as law in all of the EU member states as of May 25, 2018. It is important to us that you feel secure in how we process your personal data.
Personal Data Controller
Nanoflix is the personal data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data when Nanoflix provides and markets media and services as well as in other contact with Nanoflix such as visits to the website and communications via chat or social mediums, e-mail, website contact forms and phone. Embedded Videos, Plug-ins and Script Libraries (Third party)
On some of our webpages we embed videos from Vimeo (vimeo.com). Vimeo.com is the operator of the corresponding plug-in. When you visit a subpage with the Vimeo plugin, a connection to Vimeo servers is established. Vimeo will be informed which pages you visit. Only if you have a Vimeo account and are logged into your Vimeo account, Vimeo can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your Vimeo account beforehand. In order to present our contents correctly and graphically appealing across all browsers, we use third-party functional plug-ins, script libraries and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser’s cache to avoid multiple loading. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or does not allow access, content will be displayed in a default font. Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. In theory, it is possible – but currently also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes – that operators of corresponding plug-ins and libraries collect data.

You have the right to transparent information regarding how we process your personal data. Your rights include:

- Objections to certain types of processing
In cases in which Nanoflix processes your personal data based on weighted interest of legitimate interest as legal grounds for direct marketing, you have the right to object to the processing. For example, you are given the right to object to marketing through newsletters each time it is digitally sent by unsubscribing to all newsletters from Nanoflix.

Your personal data is protected
In order to protect your personal data, Nanoflix has taken suitable technical and organizational security measures. For example, all customer information is stored in a database protected by a firewall and access control so that no one other than Nanoflix or its employees who need access to your personal data can gain access. All use or interaction with Nanoflix’s website (including personal data entered in the contact form) is protected and encrypted by use of a SSL/TLS certificate.

Application and amendment of the privacy policy
The most recently updated version of Nanoflix’s privacy policy that applies at any given time will always be published on our website.
